I am a disabled veteran who  was disabled for a period of years.  I was tired of my Wheel chair and the like associated with it.  People always treated me as though  was less than a human and even my own family looked at me different. Even though the doctors told me that my life would continue to go down hill, I was determined to turn my life around.

I had spent the majority of my life serving my country  and protecting the government that protects us on a daily basis. Now that I have fought the biggest battle of my life, coming back from a active military disability, I was given the first Patriot loan in the area.

This $100,000.00 loan plus the money I received from re-financing my home, provided me with a business that I was proud to operate.

Soon after starting my life dream, my landlord  used a Nampa Police officer to forcible restrained me while he went through my building and my personal items. Items were missing and I was advised by the officer that I had no legal right to stay in the building. The officer advised me that he was an expert in the field of real-estate.

Soon after my land lord broke into my building and was caught by the Nampa police in the building with friends. He was outside the building with personal belongings of mine. The police did not arrest him.

Once again my landlord broke into my building and then locked me out. He would not let me into my building to get my personal items and he took my items. He returned some of them, but kept many of them and and still did not let me in my building.  My rent was always paid up to date!

He then had a realtor, that was related to him lease the building from under me, with my equipment inside of it. I have a current lease recorded with the county and they do not.  This is a double contract!

The police feel that this is a civil matter and will leave it to the prosecutor to  make any desisions.

The county prosecutor will not prosecute because they do not have the public funds to waist on me.

The commissioner felt it was criminal at first, but later decided that they did not want to be involved.

The Attorney Generals office wants to investigate this problem , but needs to be invited by the county, and they will not!

My congressmen handle federal cases only.

The governors office feels that the county should be able to handle this problem and if they can not then I should bring it to the PEOPLE!

Ironically when I was asked to protect my country, I never questioned, I just reacted. I served! It is too bad that our local government is not like our TROOPS!

PS: I am a prior police officer and I do believe that there are good police officers in our city, it is just a few, like in any job that stray and the system that keeps them from performing their job. The system sucks!
